At ALMÉE COUTURE, each piece is handcrafted and made exclusively to order.

• A 50% deposit is required to begin production and is non-refundable once work has started.

• All couture and made-to-measure orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Refunds are only considered in the rare event of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

• Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
